Program description
HeartCoach is a mobile application and messaging program operated by Zarafah Technologies LLC. The HeartCoach Account Verification program sends only user requested one time passcodes for new account phone verification and password recovery. It sends no marketing or promotional messages.
How users opt in
On the HeartCoach account creation form, a user may enter their own mobile number and must separately select the unchecked Optional SMS consent checkbox before any verification text is sent. No SMS is sent unless a mobile number is provided and the optional SMS consent checkbox is selected. The disclosure beside the checkbox identifies HeartCoach as a service of Zarafah Technologies LLC, describes the one time passcodes and account recovery texts, states that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, and provides STOP and HELP instructions. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a HeartCoach subscription or any other product. The form also links to these SMS terms and the HeartCoach privacy notice. Password recovery texts are separately requested by selecting Forgot password and Send Reset Code.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on each user’s requests. HeartCoach sends a verification or recovery message only when the applicable account action is initiated. Message and data rates may apply under the user’s wireless plan.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to stop messages from the HeartCoach verification program. After opting out, the phone may no longer receive codes needed to verify an account or recover a password. Where supported, reply START or initiate a new consent action in HeartCoach to request messaging again.
Help and support
Reply HELP for messaging assistance or contact contact@zarafah.com. Never send a password or verification code to support. HeartCoach personnel will not ask a user to disclose a one time code.
Delivery
Message delivery depends on wireless networks, device availability and carrier support and is not guaranteed. Participating wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Users are responsible for keeping their account phone number current and secure.
Privacy
Phone numbers and SMS consent are used to provide and protect the requested HeartCoach account functions. They are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Additional information is available in the HeartCoach privacy notice.
Changes and contact
Zarafah Technologies LLC may update these terms when the messaging program or applicable requirements change. The current version will remain available at this URL. Questions may be sent to contact@zarafah.com.
